01. When should I start seeing results from using the treatment? Answer: Results will vary from person to person. How soon a person will see results will be determined by the following: Age, health, the type of hair loss, the degree of hair loss, the condition of the scalp, the length of time of hair loss, diet, nutritional habits, medication, stress, and other factors. 02. What have been the shortest and the longest time that a client has seen any hair growth?
Answer: The shortest time two weeks and the longest time is one year. (When referring to hair growth, we aren’t talking about the complete coverage of hair in areas where there is hair loss. We are referring to the client seeing new hair growing out of the scalp in areas where there is balding or thinning) We recommend using the products for one year.
03. How can I achieve the best results?
Answer: You can achieve the best results by using the System on a daily or weekly basis. The more that you use the System the sooner you will see results. Remember, results will vary from person to person. (See answer to question 1)
04. Can I use the Hair Loss System on a daily basis?
Answer: Yes you can use the Hair Loss System on a daily basis. To achieve results more quickly we strongly recommend you use the System daily for the first 30 days, and twice a week for the next 60 days. After 90 days you can begin using the System weekly until you achieve the desired results.
05. Why am I experiencing itching in my scalp?
Answer: You are experiencing itching in your scalp due to the blood going directly to the scalp to begin the nourishment process. It is the same type of itching that you may experience when you are walking or running for a distance.
06. Why is my scalp so sore?
Answer: Your scalp probably is sore due to new follicle openings being formed in the scalp area. You will normally start experiencing this after 30 days of using the System.
07. Why are these bumps on my scalp?
Answer: The bumps that you see are hair bumps. Do not burst them or scratch them. They will burst on their own. Scratching or bursting these bumps could result in a scalp infection.
08. What can I do about the itching in my scalp?
Answer: To help with the itching we recommend using the Hair Loss Oil. The Hair Loss Oil can be used several times daily to help relieve itching. You may also want to purchase a boar bristle brush to lightly brush the itching area.
09. How long will my Hair Loss System last?
Answer: There are several different Hair Loss Systems to chose from. To determine how long the System that you purchased will last go to that system on the website. You can also can find out from the insert upon purchase of your Hair Loss System.
10. What type of guarantee do you have?
Answer: We guarantee that if you use the product as directed you will experience some hair growth. The amount of hair growth that you will experience will be determined by such factors as: the degree of hair loss, the amount of time you had hair loss, if you are on medication, your nutritional habits, your health, the products that you use on your scalp and the amount of stress in your life. We cannot guarantee you that all of the hair, as a result of your hair loss, will return.
11. My scalp still seems to be dry, what can I do?
Answer: If your scalp is still dry do the following: Increase your water intake, make sure that you apply the hair loss oil to your scalp daily and use the Moist & Silky Spray as directed on the scalp area. (If you have straightened hair you may just want to use the Moist & Silky Spray before blow drying)
12. Why is my scalp flaking?
Answer: Your scalp may be flaking due to dryness, dandruff, or epidermal shedding from the scalp.
13. My hair seems to be hard, why is that?
Answer: These are some of the reasons why your hair may be hard: inadequate intake of water, when applying the treatment not using enough products on the hair, medication, poor nutrition, and not applying enough conditioner to the entire strand of hair.
14. Can I use color with this System?
Answer: We don’t recommend that you use permanent color. We strongly suggest using Henna since it is natural and won’t clog the follicles.
15. Should I use a Hair relaxer or straightener with this System?
Answer: We don’t recommend that you use a chemical hair relaxer or chemical straightener with this System because it will interfere with you achieving the desired results.
16. Now that my hair is back should I stop using the Hair Loss System?
Answer: Once you reach your desired results, you can discontinue the use of the Hair Loss System and Graduate to one of our other Systems like the Moisture Sensation System . We recommend this because our products don’t contain ingredients that will clog the follicles or dry out the scalp. We also recommend that you continue to use our oil/grease since they don’t contain lanolin, petroleum, or mineral oil that can also clog the follicle in the scalp.
17. If I stop using your products will my hair fall out?
Answer: No your hair won’t fall out if you stop using our products , but you could experience hair loss later down the road if you use products that clog the follicles (example: lanolin, petroleum, and mineral oil) or that irritate the scalp. (example: chemical relaxers, permanent hair colors, or products containing fragrances)
18. When should I order another System?
Answer: You should place your order after you are half way finished the Hair Loss System or in most cases in 60 days. Until you have reached your desired results you don’t want to be without the Hair Loss System.
