Answer: Since our infant products are natural, they are safe to use on your baby. We do recommend that before using any product that you apply a small amount on the inside of your baby’s arm to see if he or she may be sensitive to the product. Even though our baby formula is a no tears product we do suggest that you be careful not to get any of the shampoo in the baby’s eyes.

Answer: You can start using our Nature's Baby products from a month old to two years old.
Question: What products do you recommend for my child?
Answer: We recommend that you use the Nature’s Child Hair Care System for children's hair that may be normal, brittle, dry, hard, or unruly. The Nature's Child Hair Loss System should be used for children who have hair loss, thinning, or balding due to chemical damage-such as from relaxers or perms. This System will address the internal and external hair care needs of your child. These Systems can be used on children ages three to fifteen. These Systems was formulated to make your child’s hair healthy, soft, silky and moist.

Answer: Yes. Our products are natural and enriched with vitamins, minerals, moisturizers, proteins and conditioners. Our products are easily absorbed through the skin and hair.
Question: Can your products be used on chemically treated hair?
Answer: Yes. Our products will help give chemically treated hair the needed vitamins, minerals, moisturizers, conditioners, and proteins, to put back into the hair what the chemicals took out. Our Relaxer Repair System is specifically formulated for relaxed hair.

Answer: All of our products contain moisturizers and conditioners that will address the need of dry or dry and brittle hair.

Answer: In most cases your products will ship out between seven to fourteen business days(fourteen days for all hair care systems and longer for specialty orders). We will begin processing your order after your credit card has been approved.
Question: Do you have products that won’t turn gray or silver hair yellow?
Answer: Since our products are natural they can be used on silver or gray hair and should not turn the hair yellow.

Answer: Here is our return policy:
01. If you are dissatisfied with a product the company must be notified via email in three days of receipt of product. If we have not been notified in three days, we will not replace product or refund money (whichever applies).
02. If product is used it is non-sell-able. We will not refund money on a product that is used.
03. If product has mold or is separating we will replace the product only if we are notified immediately (via email) upon receipt of product. After three days from receipt of product, product will not be replaced.
04. If product is unopened we will refund your money minus shipping cost. This refund will only occur if company is contacted immediately and unopened product returned within three days of receipt of product.

Answer: The cost range from $50.00 to $550.00.
Question: Are the products perishable?
Answer: Yes, because they are natural, some of the products are perishable and need to be refrigerated or kept in a cool dry place. We do suggest that you keep the following in a refrigerator or in a cool dry place: leave in conditioner, all treatments and the Hair Loss Shampoo.

Answer: The shelf life for the conditioners, treatments, and sprays are 4 to 6 months; the shampoos, oils, moisturizers and wax are 8 months to a year. (the shelf life will greatly depend on if product is kept in a cool place and if the product was removed from the container with a spatula or a stainless steel spoon. Never use metal).

Answer: In most cases a System will last between three to six months. This will strongly depend on the type of System, persons amount of hair, length of hair, condition of hair, how often you use the System, and how many people in the household that are using the System.
